domain What do you think about my new gTLD domain? Advice thread.

In this thread, I will give you my opinion about your submitted new gTLD domain name.

I will focus not only on its numerical appraisal, but also will take other factors into consideration (mainly renewal fee and what you do with the name, where it is presented, etc), to debate whether it is a good investment choice (in my opinion). Just because I am a new gTLD investor it does not mean that I will give good opinion on crappy names - so I will tell you when I see no value or potential. To see examples of new gTLD domain names I personally invest in, you can check my website www.brands.international.

Rules:
1. Only 1 new gTLD domain name can be submitted daily per 1 Namepros user.
2. This thread is related to new gTLD domain names only - I can not give you my opinion about .com, .net, org or ccTLD names like .de or .co.uk names, as I do not have enough direct experience with them.
3. I am not responsible for any damages related to my advice - it is only my personal opinion, although I will really try my best to give reasonable, and well-balanced opinion.
4. You can submit only domain name you personally own.
5. For security and privacy purposes, all names submitted and discussed in replies must be in
keyword(s) / gTLD extension format (for example royal / estate, or bestgames / online)
6. Comments/opinions/appraisals from other members on any name submitted here are very welcome

This is a forum of domain investors. I don't expect them to pay much for domains like that.

However, I have spent several thousand dollars buying domains in the last couple weeks on the forum, so there is money there for the right domains.

Of course, it is your choice, as for some people price is not everything and they factor also other variables. But if that would be my name, I would transfer to 8 USD/year registrar, renew for 7 years in advance with total cost of 56, and wait..this way you are almost certain to profit very nicely on the name, imo. @vravis9 Ravi tech / ninja would be 3-7k name with prob of resale 1% in this price range for any given year. But that additional "y" in your name...I would feel this has almost 0 chance to resale for any profit. I would personally drop the name after a year of holding if you have that as an investment. If you like it and want to developed, then it is another story of course

Your name has luckily standard renewal for .online attached to it. Because of that, learn about where you can renew your .online name for less then 7 USD / year in 2018 - it is possible to do at the moment, and if you want to keep it longerm, it is probably worth to do your due dilligence about it (almost the same story as with ripple / store 2 appraisals above). If you can keep it with low renewals, it might become profitable investment imo. GL

You can now keep .online domains with less then USD 7 renewals at some registrars if you look well...so in case yearly cost would be lets say 7, your projected yearly profit is 50-200, while your holding cost is 7. Should be highly profitable, imo. GL

Another couple members here told me it's a good name, so I decided to hold on to it or otherwise was considering to sell on Flippa for whatever it manages to fetch.

But "Instant Loan" keyword has 49,500 Global monthly search volume,with avg cpc $4.38,

Also the domain name InstantLoan.Services is meaningful and clearly tells the meaning about what the website gonna be!
