What, Where, How

I see alot of posts on many topics, what i can't seem to find is some good contact leads.
Looking under some rocks but need some advice on where the best places to look for buyers. besides the normal Sedo etc.. maybe other places like namepros.

How should i go about contacting these people (linkedin) ? Twitter ? maybe making a viral video

Any help would be nice and i will do the same if i find a hidden gem buyer.
