Hello there
I think this name is brandable
what do you think?

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
I think it's really good....I can definitely see it being used by a tech startup.

Kinda does sound like a brandable tech startup....I think to the right end user possibilities are good for something at or better than mid XXX to Mid XXXX.

Seems like a good catch, you should try park.io where there sell these extensions mostly

WoW, it's a perfect domain name for startup, keep it listed every where with maximum BIN, it can be sold from $5,888 to $100,000

Thank you all for sharing your thoughts.
I think .io is cool but sadly only those tech people are aware of this extension.

The .io extension for most talented 'techies' reeks of Input/Output, the primordial oscillation of our modern digital environment. The age old maxim, 'Slow and Steady, Wins the Race' is ironically imbued with this name.

I totally like it and developed in a Turtle like fashion will surely yield an impressive offer and early retirement. Nice Name.

cryptomarket.io $5,525.00 9/4/2017
Wow..really?

.io's seem to pretty hot.

Are you being facetious? That’s a cryptoname. I don’t see any reason to believe an animal name .io would sell for much was my point.

Lol, actually not... I don't see how the name "cryptomarket" is brandable with a .io (sounds kinda weird to me but maybe i'm just missing something)...

I do see how a cute animal + .io works, especially for trendy startups these days..

The problem with names that “work” is that one may work as well as another.

True... but there is only a finite supply of those that "work"

There’s a finite supply of anything. But with an exact match domain the alternatives are much smaller than with something like this.

I got it! Let’s call ourselves Turtle!

Oh...turtle wants too much money...okay so let’s go with leopard. Or monkey. Or panther.

By the end of the process they may have just picked one of those oddball misspelled “brandable” names for mere reg fee.

I’ve been there with company name creation and there are always alternatives when you’re starting with a near blank slate and are willing to pick a name like turtle that effectively may have nothing directly to do with your product or service.

Nice name. Just believe in your domain and hold it for a while. Should definitely fetch up high $XXX to low $XXXX.

I've seen a very beautiful app called turtle using the domain name turtle.co
But it seems no longer existing.

It is a nice name. Long ago there was a language to teach coding to children on e.g. Apple II called Logo that had them direct a turtle, and your name brought back memories of that time.

A lot of one word io have been going for around $1000 lately, some more some less, and I was thinking maybe $1500. I checked GoValue and they give an estimate of $2500. It;s not listed in Namebio, but GoValue lists $1995 as the sale price for beetle.io that I would regard as a close comparator. Turtle.org sold for about $1000 in 2016.

Tomorrows Namebio report will have library.io going for $30000, the third highest .io ever sold.

Best of luck with this beautiful domain name.

Bob
