started parking it on permanent basis on parkign crew since april 2017... own it since feb2017.. been doing some tests in feb/march (bodis/voodoo).. and PC turned out to be best for it (for me).. hence why its there.
since then it made me around $80 and counting. I attach foto. different amounts different months.. you do the math and averages and see if its worth it to you.. I like the domain for park revenue and its name value (got few 2XX$ name only offers for it on gd already).. so I am definitely no rush to sell it unless I get a nice amount I want for it.
I just wanna make it very clear that I am no park expert, this is my highest and possibly only revenue domain, and I have no clue why its making money or what it'll make in future. so you are buying it exactly as is.. per stats shown.. with no guarnatee of making less, or more or same in future. some people still are not aware of this so I wnted to write it. so keep in mind there is no such thing as refunds after you buy and park and use this domain. no more than I will ask you to pay me extra money for it in future, in case it makes you more than it made me from parking..
bin price is $595. post sold to claim. you can take a chance and pm offer (pm only) but like I said I am not in rush. I will accept paypal from members of my choice. epik escrow/market otherwise. where you can easily pay with paypal etc. if epik, then domain wil need to be transfered there first so I can put it on their market for you... and transfer means 1 year renewal for you too.. so I will not pay for that transfer fee but you will.. however, I will cap it at $20. meaning you pay $20 to transfer there on top of bin price.. and if its more than $20 to transfer then I pay rest from my pocket. again, this is not really extra fee for you, cause you're investing into renewing and the future of your domain with this money.. so its not lost money. if I accept paypal direct from you, you can have free push on name.com or pay to transfer anywhere you want (you pay the full transfer fee then of course.. $20 cap above applies to epik only). of course, even if I accept paypal from you, you can still request an epik sale per terms above
traffic is mostly germany.. as per picture below. and I have not optimized it. cause I have not much clue what I am doing in parking anyway. so maybe in more expert hands or at some other exclusive parking companies most people with not enough park revenue can't even get accepted to, this can do even better for someone else.. who knows!
