The domain industry is now BIG business with more and more people entering into industry all the time.

Some of you out there have been involved in this industry for a long time, and have built up an excellent portfolio of quality names and consistently sell well. For others perhaps, the road hasn't been as smooth, or even worse some drop out and fail pretty quickly.

So if you could change one thing in this industry what would it be?

Find a way to profit from a bear market. I believe that some of the new fancy TLDs will continue to drop in value, but there is no way to speculate on this. :)

The domain industry is not that big.
While there is money to be made, most domainers will end up losing money.
Unfortunately I don't think there is a lot of room for expansion. Good names will continue to command high prices, but the supply of good names is not infinite.

Probably the date, bought my first domain 2 years ago but got my first computer Christmas 1999, wish i thought about domain investing back then.

Having fun with it all though, which is what it’s all about, enjoying yourself along with trying to make money.

I think a lot of fellow domainers would agree. If only we found and entered the world of domaining earlier!
