The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

According to the updates in that ripoffreport link, the original creator of that report has retracted his statements.
I am responsible for this complaint and report. Please disregard the claims made throughout. I should not have made any of those comments, and for that I am truly sorry. I would like to formally retract in their entirety all of the statements I made on November 19, 2015. A California court entered a permanent injunction against me that prohibits me from posting further statements. A redacted copy of the permanent injunction can be found at the link below. http://www.newmandocket.com/sites/default/files/uniregistry/3.pdf
Below is a screenshot of the judgment that went against the publisher of that ripoff report.

Sites like ripoffreport should be forced to remove content like that instead of simply publishing rebuttal/retraction. Good on Frank Schilling for taking the guy to court, and winning, but to leave that content live is such an injustice. In other jurisdictions ripoffreport would also be guilty by leaving that live, and the damages would increase with time. I understand this isn't the case in US, but it's really a shame that someone innocent has to live on with that live for all to see.

Why is this called a poll? Seems more like mud slinging. Wonder if Frank reads this site.

@DomainNameBroker.com.
Why would you post this in "Domain Industry News" when the article/report is 22 months old? You could call it two years old.

Why would you post in "Domain Industry News" when you are trying to gather dirt on someone? Wouldn't that be just some sort of "general" thread?

And perhaps most importantly, why would you post in "Domain Industry News" when the "Formal Report Retraction" is right there on the page you link to but you make no mention of the retraction in the post you open with?

I don't know why you are trying to throw someone under the bus and it doesn't matter.
I don't know either you Mr. Domain Name Broker or Frank Schilling from Moses but it's obvious you are trying to throw him under the bus and it's a really shitty way of doing so. I have no clue who your "main client" is and I don't care but the impression you have made on me certainly can't be the same impression you have left on your clients because with that impression, you wouldn't have any.

Just what I think.....which doesn't matter.

Wow what a crazy story, I wonder if that program was dn academy, that would kind of suck to have to pay $500 for the program to start a job.

Our main client is contemplating a legal action against Franks Schilling.

We are inquiring to see if there are additional parties affected, to potentially convert it into a class action.

Hopefully your/their legal council will be able to spell names better than you...

Well, regarding their spelling, I never thought Goldmoney, Tesla and InternetBS could make a chemical solution... if you know what I mean :)

on what grounds?

on what grounds?

The ground is to be determined by judge.

One thing determined by our main client, is there will be no future business activity between our main client and Frank Schilling.

You need grounds to take it before a judge, if you can't even state your grievance you probably have none.

? You're contemplating legal action, asking if additional parties affected, and talking about class action but fail to say what it's all about in the first place? Seems very sloppy.

Funny is what commercial and legal topics get transitioned into.

What did you expect this thread was going to transition into? When:

[1] You stated you have an anonymous client with a serious unstated problem with Frank Schilling.

[1.a] In what capacity are you representing your client? ie Are you their domain broker, legal representative, both, or other? If legal representative, are you a licensed attorney?

[1.b] What is your clients serious problem with Frank Shilling? Did you create this thread to share your/your client's experience with FS? If so, what is their/your experience?

[2] The OP of this thread not only made myself, and others, aware of a anonymous person/entity having a serious unstated problem with FS, it also made myself and others, aware of a RipOffReport citing bad business practices with FS and Uni.

[2.a] Were you aware of the legal proceedings that occurred in lieu of the RipOffReport you shared? ie The formal retraction made in the comments, containing a link to documentation of the legal judgement in favor of FS?

[2.b] Do you/your client believe the nature of the RipOffReport is relevant to the serious unstated problem you/your client have with FS? ie Is it relevant to the class-action lawsuit you/your client are potentially looking into?

There is no additional information that we are willing to provide at this time.

We want to stay within the legal framework. For right now, all we can say that there is a serious problem between our main client and Frank Schilling, that our client has unsuccessfully been trying to resolve for over five years now.

Our main client is contemplating a legal action against Franks Schilling.

We are inquiring to see if there are additional parties affected, to potentially convert it into a class action.

There is no additional information that we are willing to provide at this time.

[3] If you are unwilling to share the nature of the complaint / issue, then how can you legitimately expect others to join you and/or your client in a class action lawsuit against Mr. Schilling?

We do not find your questions completely relevant, and we do not want to say more than we think we are allowed by law. These two we will answer, but do not address us further, we think the information we provided is self explanatory.

The retraction is under the same link as the complain. A retracted complain is still a record of a complaint.

We made people aware of the existence of the problem between our main client and Frank Schilling. We want to know if other people have or have had problems with Frank Schilling of any sort, that can be used in court.

Their client = Their Company Domain Name Broker, LLC, it is them making the posts. Not sure why they make it so cryptic

No it is not. Can you possibly depart from our topic, if you have nothing to contribute?

Ps. You should change your name to DomainNameBrokers
