Since the company was bought by Freelancer, most all the leaders are long gone especially after they ditched their location in LA moving to San Fran. - many people likely got laid off, people don't just up & leave they have families and others who work. Apparently, there is only 1 manager, Brian, who can do anything because the support is absolutely worthless. Brian has terrible service as well, he refuses to talk to clients on the phone and is traveling all the time and it took him over a week to get back to my emails.
Their award for BBB Award for Ethics this year is a F****ing joke, it's akin to giving a Nobel Peace Prize to a warlord. They have lots of complaints online! @BBB How much did they have to pay for that? They Obviously did NOT Earn it! They are a very corrupt Escrow company and just because you own a category killer domain does not mean you can't & wont throw your clients under the bus at every turn.
Escrow.com is not the same company it was, Freelancer is running this company into the ground just like they are doing with Freelancer which has an ENDLESS # of complaints. I have been using Escrow.com for a decade now and after such terrible service, it's time to jump ship as I have nothing, but bad things to say about them now. This company is an absolute disaster, i can only imagine how bad it must be within the company.

I have no affiliation with Escrowdomains.com, but at this point, I think I will use them for all future transactions.
According to DNJournal, "Greenberg & Lieberman (G & L) has long been of the best known and most often called upon intellectual property law firms in the domain industry. The Washington D.C. based firm's high profile in our business can largely be credited to attorney Stevan Lieberman's presence at key domain conferences ever since they began with the first T.R.A.F.F.I.C. show in 2004 right up through this year's NamesCon conference (where the photo of Stevan to your left by DNJournal was taken)."
According to Stevan Lieberman, "Although it looks like we're the new kid on the block we have been doing domain name escrow for far longer than Escrow.com has been existence." They are 2 of the leading attorneys in the domain industry:

Would you rather do business with a well respected law firm that has been in biz much longer or a company that is run by complete idiots? Seriously, it's hard to find someone at Escrow.com that speaks decent English and nearly impossible to find someone that understands or cares about anything other than themselves!
Sedo even uses Escrow Domains for their escrow service:

Thank god for competition and that Escrow.com does not have a monopoly on domain escrow
It's no wonder Flippa has it's own Escrow service as do most marketplaces!
