The problem with this type of name is that it's only going to be useful to a domainer.
Here .org < .net < .com
imo mid-$$$
It's hard to estimate the value, but there are at least a lot of things that can expire. From the top of my head, here are some:
Maybe there's something on this list that can give you ideas for possible interested companies. Or develop a website helping people avoid to have stuff expiring
