Looking for a person to transfer webmin and virtualmin

I need to transfer my Webmin and Virtualmin server to another, new and clean server (from VPS to Dedicated server). Transfer all the websites, domains, emails, files, databases, settings, I mean EVERYTHING. All the files are in about 10 GB size. I would give my old server logins as well as new server. P.s. You will need to install Webmin and Virtualmin on my new server, because now it is clean server. Everything should stay the same, I mean login links and settings, users with their infos and so on.
