Some are good websites, some are not. Since I have not bought an adsense based website in flippa before, I know I am not in the best position to give tips. However best thing to do is to start an extensive research on your prospective listings before even deciding to contact the website owner.

An alternative to bank wires or PayPal payments?

Payoneer and 2checkout are the most common payment method I see besides paypal. How about trying them out and see how it goes? Every payment method has it's disadvantages but they also have an advantage. It's all about trying and judging them yourself if it does work or not for your business...

How do I set up an email list?

Mailchimp is fine for a non-commercial website but it's a big no no for affiliate marketing sites. Aweber is the way to go if you are into list building for real business. Transferring email lists can be a big hassle in the future. Good luck! Zidane

Looking for something similar to AdSense...

Adsense is good but I also tried Bidvertiser and Chitika before. My progress using the latter programs is quite slow so I have decided to stick with Adsense which is a smart move because my earnings now is pretty steady. Zidane

I just can't think of any task that will need a substandard action. If you want our company to move forward then maybe you can connect with freelancers or companies who charges more but have a really good reputation in providing top notch service. Zidane

Which PPC network helps you except Adwords?

Adsense is naturally popular because it is an earning program advertised by mighty Google. Another PPC network I make use of is Chitika. I tried bidvertiser and adbrite before and although they work the ads displayed is not as targeted as when I use Adsense and Chitika. Zidane

Agree with using facebook. You can easily post an advertisement and target people in that age bracket. Another tip is looking for forums related with fun/interest of people of that age. Probably hollywood related or gaming forums etc. You can post a paid banner ad in there if they allow...

I was confused with the word miss tape too. Anyway your traffic might be dependent on the number of people who mistypes the word barbecue. However if you decide to pursue then go for it. You might need to find a very good way to monetize the site. Zidane

I have always used Godaddy for bulk registration but better be careful with the checkout. You won't want to pay for extra services you don't need. Its the cheapest one I have used so far but since you mentioned 1and1 then I must say that there is an alternative to them. Zidane
