I've one domain with them that's on the instalment scheme for 12 months. Completed 1 month today. As @Samer pointed out, they might quote a high price if you contact them. So I went ahead and bought it at the BIN. So far no issue faced. Not even had to contact HD a single time. I'm thinking...

@BrandPlease Completely agree with you. I'm just going to honour the sale and transfer the domain. Have 34 more domains for sale on DAN. Hopefully, will recover the loss from one of the other sales.
