Starting Out

I agree with iowadawg, read as much as possible. Don't expect success in the beginning unless you are lucky (or learned alot from reading lol). My biggest piece of advice is to stay away from automated appraisal tools. For new domainers you plug your domain into one of these tools and it...

domain creditfortress.com

$0 for both Sorry I know you were hoping for better but the words don't really go together in those domains so nobody will find them useful or valuable.

What's My Website OmegaWeb.com Worth?

Based off the income I would say anywhere from $500 to $1000. This is somewhat of a rough estimate.

What does this mean??? About 5,960,000 results (0.28 seconds)

Everything is lightning fast now so it is hard to be impressed. If you think of how much data they have on their servers its quite impressive to get information in .20 seconds or so when it is collected from thousands of data servers

Its the time it took their servers to get the search data. I think it's just there for bragging rights.

Content

I haven't built any sites in awhile (in the process of building one now), but I have always outsourced my content to article writers. I am a terrible writer even when it comes to topics I enjoy :hehe:. You can buy PLR (Private Label Rights) articles, You can write articles yourself, or have...

Trademark issues

Like you said as long as you don't copy them in any way, and as long as it is a generic name you should be fine

SEO value of 2 word double plural?

Keywords are pretty specific so for wordswords.com the keyword is "words words". Thats why something like patiochair.com or patiochairs.com would have more value then patioschairs.com. For seo the closer to your keyword you are the better, it just needs to be related and understandable...

Value of the following domains

It's hard to say. Being dictionary words I would place a value of mid XX,XXX to mid XXX,XXX (They kind of fit into a broad range). I would probably be ok with paying 20-50K for one. But if one of these domains has a purchase history then I would base it off of that. So if in the past sales it...

Value of the following domains

I agree. Personally I like to look at things from a businesses perspective. What would that name do for a business? Would it bring targeted traffic? Does it support a businesses name? The names you presented are dictionary words (maybe not exactly) and are impossible to put a value on as...
