Is this good? $1.50+ rev in 14 days...

I think revenue from domain parking is very unreliable and unpredictable. For example when I first started parking all my domains with Voodoo one of them made $8.70 in one week. One click was worth between $1.50 - $1.80. Then something changed suddenly and it didn't get anything since then..

Depends on what kind of site you have in mind. For example if you want a forum like Namepros you can use a free web application called phpBB. If you need a more complicated app like users have their accounts and they bid on domains and such then I guess you'll have to have it developed...

Help for Sedo and GoDaddy

Have you tried Optimize button next to promo levels in Standard overview? In characters criteria, you can select the pattern. If you select N (Number) from all the lists it'd filter only the numbers.
