Parking vs 1 Page Landers vs Mini Sites..Whats Best?!?!

I'm going to try to use #2 or perhaps #3 with a new domain name (getsexyfree.com). Problem is monetization as I do not believe the domain will qualify for adsense. It has already been rejected for adsense domain parking. Any thoughts?

getsexyfree.com I figure it has potential even outside porn (i.e. cosmetics, gym memberships, etc). Actually kinda surprised it was still there. The other domain I picked up was ipadrockstar.com
