in a strict way the montior is a tv still if bill gates can do what he promise we will get worldwide internet television without commercial breaks, only small adds in a corner ^^ (and I say we even that I am not from the US)

for sure and holographic images will still be "tele" vision, TV doesnt mean a box or a screen its aout having the images somewhere but yeah, to get holographic tv I might be dead (and Im in my mid 20's)

some time ago I saw an "air" tv that is basically a projector so your tv is any size/resolution you need with that and 3d tvs will be replaced by holograms, 3d tv, look the superbowl from any angle you want and the closeup you like sports tv and porn will never be the same XD

Creating a mini site, can I just use old html?

only "new" thing to do with old pages is changing all tables to divs and css other than that you should make an "alt" to every image explaining to google bot what is it

Passing variables from Java Script to PHP

php to javascript is easy since php runs before and you can echo the javascript, if you can make it work on ajax (best solution but a little more complex) then you are on the other side when I need JS to PHP I usually make a cookie and retreive the data 1 click late or by running a second...

Java OR PHP which one is better for future ?

Plan next 10 years, I'm sure you will make a lot of cash with php while learning java "for the future" I'm making twice the money my friends do and they have a title while I only move up and up as a fast php developer that took 1 20 hours course and has been testing a lot XD

Dont ask how I know this style.css line 45 change right to 250px and add z-index:2; I would also add top:8px; if you want it more to the right then the 250 make it less, more to the center add some extra pixels ;-) good luck
