Some advice please

I have thought a little about this but I'm not entirely sure he has anything that would benefit me. Although the fact remains that he badly wants the domain so that gives me a lot of leverage. Thanks to everyone for your advice.

Some advice please

A quick update after putting the 'give me your best offer minus 10% message' I sent. He has continued with the story that he is nearly bankrupt but has offered the price I paid plus 10% so I get some kind of profit. However he has said it will take a while for him to get the money together and...

Some advice please

Thanks for all the wonderful suggestions people. I did put the name in the appraisal section and the response was basically that I shouldn't expect to make much of a profit. Interestingly though I only bought the domain a month ago (or less).

Differences in traffic between parking companies?

Hi, I haven't been parking domains for very long but it seems that one site I use gets a lot more traffic than another one. Has anyone else noticed this and knows why it happens? Thanks.

So essentially instead of receiving the death penalty, which he was sentenced to, he only got life and cost the taxpayers of California about $2 million dollars. Imagine how many good things could have been done with that money.

Seriously confused

Hi, I'm trying to determine the value of a domain but there seems to be a lot of conflicting statistics. The one I'm looking at is a .net with a CPC and exact search twice as high as a similar .com that sold recently for $3k. Valuate estimates the value of the .com at around its sale price...

Hi m, I'm new here as well but here are my thoughts (for what they're worth). Do a Google search with the exact term and see how many results you get and if there is any advertising. If there's little or no advertising it is probably not something you would want to spend much money on...
