discuss Are domain hacks good??

1) I like domain hacks which are pronounceable and pass radio test. You often see such hack sales.. Example: Network => Net.Work => Pronounced "Net Dot Work" Nightclub => Night.Club => Pronounced Night Dot Club 2) I am not a big fan and see end user confusion in other type of domain hacks...

All the domains we find as a domainer are good ones.. isn't it :) .. atleast while we reg them crazily ! Picked up ones which i might use for myself .. some dictionary words, animals, flower, geo services and product domains. How about yours ?

@Dineshkp If i remember right Pepsi bought pep.si for a good $18k But some might feel its TM issues. Anyways it gives you a chance for just 1 buyer. So better to invest in domains that can have good end-users and not get into trouble

Yeah depends on what the domain will be used for.. works good for URL shorteners and social media links. Also would be fine for primarily app -based service

I totally agree with you. I would have completely given it up . but the .com is not my competitor at all. So makes we wonder if leaking traffic to them would matter. But with so many extensions - .net, .org, .gTLDs i was just thinking test it out with the "-".com rather than a extension...
