I don't think that it will shake up the .IN price world. $32K which "KAVIN" spent on this domain is nothing but pocket money for such billionaires' son.(If you didn't know he is the son of Sunil Mittal,owner of bharti telecom ) And cautious end users never indulge in such acquisitions.

AFAIK,Paypal only stopped Payment withdrawal and not 'sending payments' some time ago.But all the situation is cleared now and you can send/receive Paypal payment to/from India.Since it's been a long time (more than six months),I am sure that Sedo must have resumed services for Indian Paypal users.
