    I know nothing, but: 1. I do see a problem in any company that is not named EXACTLY "eCommerce" (which is more commonly a word, not a brand word) owning it 2. Even if such company exists, they are the rightful owners of this domain - not you But don't take my word for it...wait for other replies.

    Don't know value, but I don't think that a business could realistically call himself that. Even if it ticks ALL of the other boxes, it's just too long. Wellness is already a pretty long word. Just a stranger's opinion - I don't trade domains.
