Who is causing the delay in propagation: Registrar or webhost?

Have you cleared cache or tried from a different connection. Alot of times the end users ISP may also cache the resolution a bit. You could go into the nameserver settings and define the actual nameserver IPs along side the record and check to see if any problems exist using a tool like IntoDNS...
