Interesting stuff, well if this is the past for the last 2000 years, especially considering the last 50 years, imagine the next 50 years or 5000 years if we wont destroy ourselves in the meantime. I would like to be around in 2150.

Please review my travel portal design.

Looks pretty good, try to move over the most common tourist information on the main page and group the link together by categories and topics, ie destinations etc. Not sure if this is already done because of the language that I can't understand but this is what I would do. Overall looks nice.

Is the Domain Industry Like a Ponzi Scheme?

Its similar like a ponzi but there are differences, a ponzi has value only because of new members, the industry and domains have value on its own. MLM - multi level marketing is also similar to ponzi but its not a scheme.

Depends on the price and the domain/keyword itself. If its a gem maybe if not, these domains are hard to sell.

Don't waste any more money on .com domains

.com still is any will continue to be, at least in the near future, the most popular and well known TLD. I think it depends on your main goal or the usage of the domain to best choose an extension, .com is on the list, still.
