yes i can ping it and can access it using the internal ip address (192.168.1.74)

Yes my isp allows me to do this and computers outside the local network (on the internet) can access the server like normal, while other computers on the same network as the server cannot.

Help! Server can only be accessed outside of LAN. OK. I am hosting a realtivly simple site on a server i have set up here at home. I do not anticipate getting more traffic than the server can handle (and if it does then ill deal with that later) but the problem is although the outside world can...
