Honestly, most of the domains here won't stand a chance of fulfilling their resale potential for at least another 2 years, so we can either bark on at one another, or, sit back and let the domains mature without all the wasted time withering on about it all :/

I register a company called Gold, I employ 1000 people, I then go after the domain gold.com and ask for it to be handed to me for peanuts cos I like my name brand? Then I get all bent out of shape cos the owner wants x,xxx,xxx for it? Don't work that way!

My learning curve was buying trademarked domains I.e Vauxhalleco, audieco etc etc, spent around £2k on them..... next was buying 3 word.coms around another £2k, now my portfolio is about 60 domains mostly in future tech, im more of a speculator than a hardened domainer.

The original 30k IMO is the amount they would be happy to pay, they would likely pay 45k but be unhappy about it, however, with accepting so fast they are chancing their arm and making a 15k offer. Some smart ass thinks he can pull one over you, if it were me, I would reject and slap a 50k price...
