Epik was online and available 24/7 and responded to inquiries in 7 seconds when they wanted your business. Now, they have completely disappeared from the internet for weeks at a time when they owe people money.

Yes, you should start your own registrar. You could take in dollars but anytime you have to pay out money you do it in "Derek Bucks". They can't actually be used for anything or converted to dollars so it is a win for you.
