How much can I bid for this domain?

One possible metric for valuation would be a multiple of Max PPC Bid. Herein, I would probably advise a client that anything over 1000x mPPCb (i.e., $570) would be ... not recommended. More realistically, I would probably seek a lower multiple fon the mPPCb for estimated valuation purposes...

You might try using one of the one-off electronic card services (e.g., paypal allows you to generate a "card" for single use). Then, just create an image of a front and back of a card with the one-use data on it if your service provider doesn't already do so in the generation process. That way...
