Thanks weblord and NC so if i understand you guys correctly..then when you type in "shoes" into your address bar you get 1st page of google results for shoes and do NOT go directly to www.shoes.com ?? am i right in understanding you ??? Also how would the other TLD extentions for "shoes"...

Hi, Having done some research into creating income from domain names I am still a little confused by Type-In traffic ?? and not sure on how this works. As I understand it TypeIn traffic is when the user types your domain name in directly into the Browser Address Bar. Having tried this...

Thanks for the advice. The domain currently has nothing on it...I think i will put up a simple holding page with some contact details. Incidentally does anyone know where i would stand legally. and how can i check if they have registered the trademark..??
