advice Can I change the price I quoted?

I've seen plenty of price rises after the initial quote while brokering domain acquisitions, 100% of the time it has ended the deal. Being greedy is the quickest route to failure in this business. Always honor your quoted price. If you think you made a mistake, learn from it and move on.

They've attempted it very recently but made it even worse, I have to revert to the old style domain manager to get anything done. Their platform is built for everyday people that have 1-2 domains, not domain investors.

Don't quit. Stop registering domains. Read the numerous posts in this forum for beginners. Read them again. Buy domains that businesses will find real value in (not what you think is cool, or what you think you will develop - you never will).

Personally, I would take that offer and run because it's not a very good domain and you're lucky to get any offer on it, let alone $500. $500 will get you something much better / more valuable on Godady auctions or Namejet.

Consolidating to Unireg also, mainly from Godaddy. I don't know how such a huge web based company has such an awful website / user experience. Managing domains there is a chore. I'm really impressed with Unireg's UX and customer service.
