I have sold my name VRCAE.com using a secured Escrow deal
I have registered this name myself exactly 5 years ago.
IMO it stands for Virtual Reality Computer Aided Engineering.
No one ever contacted me about this name and I mist say I haven’t done much either to sell it. Renewal fees were due...
Hi all,
I'm an domainer for about one year now and with the renewal fees coming up I've decided to drop 75% of my names. I've read posts on NP last year already mentioning the fact that one should think twice before registering lots of names but that did not stop me from registering all those...

Hi all,
I am Marc (38) from the Netherlands (emigrated to Germany) and owner of 500+ domainnames. I started domaining a few months ago. I have read a lot here already and like the atmosphere on Namepros very much. I am sure we can learn from eachother by sharing our experiences!

I guess I was desperate selling a name (again).
Also, if the stolen names all are with Namecheap (like mine) then it would be very easy for the Federal Trade Commission or similar organisation to go after his personal information. He will have to pay his registration or renewal fees from an ordinairy bank account and can’t use his stolen...
If this abyzer0001 is a US citizen he should be worried even more. I have contacted ftc.gov (for worldwide internet scams) already and other victims should do the same. Provide them with as many information as you can!
I think you’re right.
In the meantime I’ve filed a compliant with FTC.gov as well as Namecheap. My domain is with them now and the scammy .xyz domain also. And I believe many more fraudulent .xyz domains as well as stolen names.
The ‘buyer’ has erased his conversation with me. Shortly after I...
@HDmarketing you are completely right.
Several red flags should have come up.
I am glad I paid no btc and only lost my 5L.com. I might get it back but chances are slim.
This post should be on top of Namepros to prevent others from becoming a victim.
I read a lot on NP but clearly missed this...
