This is a worthy discussion, and we both sell and buy domains in the wanted section... Brad brings up the most valid points (about being inundated with offers - many of which may be way off from what the buyer clearly sets as criteria..) On the other hand, I think updating the wanted thread...

It helps to know if it's for a new registration, a renewal, or a transfer in from another registrar. As mentioned above, GDDB776 should work for a new registration (I haven't tested it for renewals recently) ... also DNF2 should work for new registrations (for $6.99 + ICANN fee of $0.18)...

Have you considered testing out revenue sources other than Adsense? You could look at CJ, Google Ad Network, Azoogle etc to see if they have advertisers (they do!) that would fit well with the foodie theme of your site. You could go a step further, if you're already approved in the eBay Partner...
