This thread is a bit confusing. I understand that constructive criticism is good, and no - I have nothing to do with SH, nor do I swear by them entirely or absolve them of any criticism. But what is undeniable is that they listen to customers, respond quickly and iterate based on feedback...

IMO, it's the cost of doing business, unless you do absolutely everything yourself. You can argue the merits of each business -- and whether they deserve their cut. But if you don't like them, or agree with the commission structure, then why not do it yourself? I do agree that some companies...

I've been pleased: 2 sales (over 30 days, weirdly) in 2016 ...and 6 sales over the last SIX months in 2017. I've learned to live with the commission as the offers I get elsewhere are for a fraction of what these end up selling for on BB. IMO, if you don't like the take-home price, don't list.
