masonicjewels.co.uk sold on 10th April 2012 for US$200 through sedo. I'd previously developed a website with this - very minimal - but took it down several months ago and just sold the domain. The new buyer had their site up and running as soon as the sale went through.

"You forgot to uncheck the "broad" and check the "exact" match setting. That will show you the real searches per month which are 16 globally and <10 locally." I didn't forget. I used the phrase match.

Hand-regged these two today amongst others: fullyqualifieddomain.com qualifieddomain.net Google adwords tool: global 40,500 and 8,100 local (USA) searches. Approx CPC $14.

According to google adwords there are 27,100 global monthly searches and 6,600 local searches (USA) for rc toys. rctoys.com is a well developed website and the .net and the .org are both parked. rctoysuk.com looks to be a strong competitor to rctoys.com. From the look of them i.e. titles...

What do you do after you make a sell on Sedo?

I was a bit daunted by selling through sedo at first but once you have an offer, sedo walk you through the whole process. I just followed their instructions and all went through smoothly.
