Org is probably the most stable tld in terms of end-user sales and reseller price. Check 3L.org on namebio. Reseller price is almost same for 10 years.

Depends. For example, I have some WeChips 4L.org's and I will keep them. Last week, I've sold 2 of them at ~$600 each through Afternic. Since november 15, I sold 8 orgs. If you have biz, then end-user potential is lower than 4L.org.

I don't think that the chinese market will crash soon. Also not sure what kind of bubble it is. I wouldn't define it as a bubble though. Here, we are talking about growing demand, but growing supply as well. Still many investors out there and are eager to flip more. Honestly, I am not expecting...

If you look at 4L.com and 4L.net, it should be min. $100. Current prices are extremely undervalued. I believe that org will gain its value in 3-9 months range. Actually, we are not 100 % sure if the chinese demand will grow. If it keeps growing, then would be a great investment for the next 1-2...
