I do understand that in this business small fishes are sweet and if I even make £10 profit on an acquired domain I would consider that a worthwhile sideline. An item be it a domain or something else will surely garner a little interest if it has a high perceived value even if the product...

What I meant was I've seen similar domains with "city" followed by the "sport" being perceived as strong value. I would think it could be used as a fan blog perhaps with Adsense

Ahh it doesn't have to be an official Leicester City Football Club site. It can even be a directory site listing football teams based in Leicester. The words Leicester Football imply no official affiliation with the club. It could however be used as a fan site.
