Hey, that's a bloody good point! You are so right on this one. I cringe every time I have to ring paypal! Their voice automated menu sucks to the max.. maybe it's just my kiwi accent but I rarely get through to an operator in the way Im supposed to on there, but I found if I simply say "agent"...

Look, it's pretty insane of you to say that no one will pay for a directory listing. It's possible that many will... to some businesses, they are just happy to get their name out there (as basic as this sounds- you wouldnt believe how much money is wasted on advertising and some will happily pay...

I also got flats.tel. Although this isnt much of a big deal in the states, flats to rent or buy in UK and commonwealth is a huge market too. I must say that apartments.tel or condos.tel would have been my first choice but I just missed getting them in Landrush.

Wow, very good read, hadnt seen that one before (from sunrise period). The author was clutching at straws with many of his arguments on negative aspects... as I see it, many of these concerns will be forgotten in a few years as .tel takes hold. The comments underneath were very well thought out...

there is one glaringly obvious thing you have missed about .tel and the mass market... this includes myself here. The only website I have developed is a business site selling watches.
