2009 Registrar Accreditation Agreement
You're right Jotu. I recently got confirmation from a NameCheap rep that they are an eNom reseller. They said that eNom signed the 2009 agreement, so they abide by it through them. I find it interesting that NameCheap is an eNom reseller because NameCheap seems to have a good reputation...- Points: 0

2009 Registrar Accreditation Agreement
Hi everyone, I've pretty much decided to go with namecheap for domain registration. The only thing I'm wondering is why they haven't signed on to ICANN's updated (2009) Registrar Accreditation Agreement (at least, not according to ICANN's website. Is this important?
