What's the highest ranking you've attained in Google?

I had a domain rank top10 for "free porn" for several years straight, which is often named among the very top all time most competitive searches. I ended up selling it for high xx,xxx. It was one of my first domains and I was lucky to get there as I didn't start out knowing how to do it...

Thanks for that info Robfer. Maybe it's not as great as it looks then by sounds. It is a domain that starts with "der" followed by a really good keyword that is also used in English. All these versions of it are already regged. derKEYWORD.com derKEYWORD.org derKEYWORD.info...

Can someone please bring me up to speed on how .EU domain registration works now. I realise you are supposed to be either an EU citizen or doing business there, but how does this work in real life now? Can non-eu people meet the requirements somehow? Is wanting to establish a website...

I lost interest in that whole area a while ago, but the site used to bring me a good number of referrals to hyip, investment and paid-to programs. Haven't ever tracked CTR type stats. *Edit: I just checked and it has made 8 signups on betonmarkets in the last 3 months, earning 11.09...

Yeah I am thinking you are right. The sort of person who would love and suit this site probably doesn't have money to invest in buying a startup site, and as you say investors want to feel sure it will earn long term, easy income. If I don't get any better bids I think I am going to ask the...

I was feeling that way too GeneCosta, hence letting it hit redemption. And will probably just let it go as you suggest. I did consider it a 2 word domain though. If anyone wants it for the $7.30 reg fee I'll push it to them at fabulous.

To repeat what I said to Jessica... WOW, you have exceeded my expectations I've tried to buy original articles like this, cheaply, from 4 or 5 previous writers offering them at under 2 cents per word, and have discarded everything I have paid for bar one article that I had to fix up myself...

I'm not sure how accurate my wordlist is, as there was 570 odd "Q" word domains available according to it, so think I need to refine that before spending too much time checking the results. I got a huge file from http://wordlist.sourceforge.net/ and need to work out which database/s to use
