It depends by type of your website. If you have a Wordpress site, for example, you can install a plugin called sitemap. When you post a new page this plugin will ping automatically Google. In this way, the crawler will visit quickly your website.

1and1.com = HORRIBLE

I have a friend which buy some hosting to 1and1. After 2 weeks decides to move the site because the hosting was not very good. He never see the money back (30 days money back guarantee). After this experience I think 1and1 is a bad company.

The problem is from May ? I think you must stop the aggresive link building and to verify the robots.txt Maybe you're block the robots to see your site. All in one seo pack have this option too. Verify these settings.

How do I determine SERP for my site?

If you got a PR3 & higher domain

I think this PR will disapear when you will put some content on site. I seen similar comportment when i buyed a parked PR3 domain... If the name is very good, buy it but if the name is not very interesting, don't waste your time...

How important does CCTLD is in SEO?

I think is not very important this thing. I have a .me website which ranked well in .ro market. I don't know how it works if you want promote this type of website against .com domains...

Submit your URL to 411+ directories,97 Social bookmarking communities,74+ article dir

The site is interesting but i think it's a little be dangerous. If your site is accepted suddenly in all these directories you can be marked as spammer. For directories you must have more Titles and Descriptions if you want to make a good job...

How Linking building helps

Page rank is just one of the components of google algorithms. You can have pr7 but very low traffic. More important is SERPs positioning. I don't care about PR, i'm interested just about SERPs. :blink: And with good links to your site, with proper anchor text, you can improve SERPs.

Traffics From Yahoo, Google And New Bing

Depends by site. I have a website with 80% visitors from Yahoo for example (the site was penalised by google). I see that the yahoo algorithm is almost the same with bing algorithm. It's just because these search engines are in the same boat today ?

Sever location other than target country

Server location is not very important. Maybe just for speed. If you are located in USA and your visitors comes from Turkey, the speed can be a problem. Anyway, you can set in Webmaster tools the location.
