Modnokia violate?

the ads in this parked website is auto generate by google adsense. Should google adsense notify me first? Because I dont think google allow any copyrighted domain names on their parking system.

Nick, if I buy a brand new domain name and parked at some where - what is the legal (legit/good) way to get traffic to that domain? since parked domains are prohibited from search engines/bots.
