    ALright well... the domain that i want to register lets say is... "top-editors.net" then tehres a guy that has "top-editors.com" from 2009 and another guy that has "topeditors" from 2012... none of them haave TM nor Copyright I guess... wwill my website be safe? I jsut want to ahev no legal...

    Alright, and what if someone buys the .com or gets a .biz,.org,.info and makes a TM out of it? can he try to sue me? can? what if he tryes? i mean What if i get teh website and after some years someone get on purpose a domain around teh same as mine and gets a TM... and tryes to get my website...

    Thanks for all the help, Mine is going to be small at the start... and i doubt it will get big anytime soon... But I still wouldnt like if my website would get shutdown by legal issues... (TM's , Copyrights, etc...) it would be nice if you could explain me this a little bit better... -Max
