Although I reported this sale only after the domain was transferred to the buyer, unfortunately, this sale didn't go through. The domain was returned to me 7 days after the buyer set up a website on it, due to some verification issue between them and Dynadot. Just wanted to let you guys know.

KYC is Know Your Customer. They will probably ask you to upload a government issued ID to verify your name and country of residence. Also, I am not sure but I remember that .IN registry had some kind of rule that one person can hold only 2 .IN domains at once, so they might use KYC verification...

"Meta" is a generic term, and to most people here it's just short for Metaverse. I really doubt that they can just snatch these names. The word "Meta" has existed long before Facebook. Just my opinion

Creating a WP Site/Blog rather than parking?

It's really difficult to rank sites these days. If you can't rank, you won't make anything. If you won't make anything, 20% will be $0. Freelancers know this, I doubt they will work for a profit %. Most would want a fixed pay. WProbot won't make you money. It's not easy.

Agreed. They should probably rebrand to Atom.com because vast majority of people googling "Atom" would do it in science context and premium domains is such a small niche market that I doubt they will ever rank #1 for the keyword "atom" on Google.
