Question about words in the title bar
It's always best to avoid over-stuffing. There's a point at which more won't help. ~2% for body content is the rule of thumb. For title, I recommend optimizing all deep pages for just 1 keyphrase, and including that keyphrase in the title + a bit of a description. Like so: "Buy Car Insurance...- Points: 0
