Two word .com domains with commercial potential often start in the low 4 figure range and can run much higher depending on other factors. I would expect your domain with proof of traffic or revenue to do better than that. Another important consideration is the legalization of marijuana globally...

While three word .com's do sell and some have gone for impressive amounts, it is rare. I do think that this is better than most and should be well received. I would expect it to go for somewhere between 10 - 700 dollars under normal circumstances and 700 - 2000 dollars if all the stars align.

Agreed. That's a good plan. Don't get discouraged if they don't respond or decline. They are very selective and are looking for opportunities with large returns. That said, I wouldn't be surprised if more than one show interest.

My advice to you is to hold this domain for a while and develop it a bit. Get some analytics data to better estimate it's potential. However, if you are more interested in flipping it then shoot for the $100 - $500 dollar range. It's a good domain and should do well at auction. Good luck.
