The udrp..case looks like a reverse hijacking case with support of their trademark. With the plural taking precedence, for weed as a singular probably wouldn't have as easily gotten It seems a stretch to concur that weed.com would be in ones similar space for that sector couldn't be brought up...- Points: 1
