Bandwidth at reasonable rates??

True, though some people have been able to use a lot using these cheap shared hosting accounts (static files, of course), definitely more than their money were paying for. Most I've read about was 5TB in a month I think. Still, more and more clauses are added to hosts' TOS these days, so one...

You could indeed start out with a VPS (fully managed if you're not a server admin). You will of course have to upgrade as needed, if the site gets popular. Personally I've been using a Liquidweb VPS, and it's been very stable. Some other hosts with good reputation would be wiredtree...

Windows Hosting Recommendation?

When I think of windows providers with reseller hosting packages, for some reason Cartika and Jodohost come to mind. You might want to research some more H-sphere based hosts: H-Sphere Hosts - The best please to find H-Sphere based hosting.

Recommend me a shared hosting please.

For me, applications run twice slower at Bluehost (aka Hostmonster) than they do at Hostgator. Uptime is also better at Hostgator, in my experience: http://www.pingdom.com/reports/xdibiaa9tyvu/

How much will I have to do for a VPS hosting

Unmanaged that is, and that does not go well with his prolonged off line periods. ;) What's the limit of your current host? Maybe you can find a more lenient/generous one. A semi-dedicated account may be an alternative to a VPS, with less of an overhead and overall more cost effective.

Why don't you use a CMS, such as Wordpress? There a lots of templates for it (free and paid) to be found, and that way you don't depend on your host for your website building needs. ;)

Indeed, and that is even more important given the huge debts that many of these countries managed to amass. If you start spending money from the future, you'd better have lots of children to share the load you lay upon them. :) The US is an exception actually. ;)

The whole truth about UNLIMITED hosting

Surprising as it may be, some of the unlimited or virtually unlimited (e.g. 1TB data transfer for $5) do manage to keep their servers up and running fast. :) In reality, they can't be infinite either. Like all that is offered on an "unlimited" basis, there's simply no soft limit on their usage...

There won't be traffic restrictions per se, but there will be other indirect limits, like simultaneous database connections, CPU usage, number of processes etc. In a shared hosting environment, with hundreds other customers (could be 200, could be 500) using that same server, there must be some...
