Thanks, good tips. Why do you say autogen content? Don't you think these kind of domains are worth properly developing out?

How high do you rate domains that have a kw or niche plus the word "prices" in them? Eg newcarprices.com, ledmonitorprices.com, rifleprices or carpetprices? And many others. Many of these are EMD's. Do you think these are easy to sell to other domain investors? How about selling them to...

Thanks for your reply. In Turkey .com is the standard and only some very big companies are mandatory to use .com.tr Just .tr doesn't exist; it's either .com or .com.tr, if I'm not mistaken. All big internet companies and many others use .com So in that regard I'm good. When I approach them...

@Avtar629 What do you mean by 'redirects'? Redirecting the domain name at the registrar to a main site? Thanks for the Namebio tip. I did a search w/ 'prices' and the results of the sale prices were very different depending on the niche but I think on average were somewhere around 1500 USD...

Which one is better with these type of plural or single names? And why? Do you try to get and sell them both? Is waterfrontproperties .com not better than the singular? :) And if the single is searched the most by far as a kw, is the plural then still the better one?
