    Don't believe everything you see. There are many sales that are only trading hands between account held by the same people, or trading between friends / family.

If you are patient the right interested party will probably lowball you, you can counter with 50K. I don't know about 250K as suggested from one poster. That is a big chunk of money...

    I wouldn't take any dollar-based valuation too seriously. Both of them probably use a different algorithms. If you want my opinion I would say that this isn't a great domain, but it isn't bad either. The words make sense, easy to remember. FursCoat.com score 692 on Evosix.

    Apparently Microsoft and many others disagree, they bought .io domain for a good sum of money. I registered a few .io domains and for technology, they are perfect, in my opinion.
