Ohio has Recreational on their ballot THIS November (2015), they will skip over Medical. Various states such as California, Nevada, and at least 7 other states will have it on their ballots NEXT November (2016).- Points: 2

I agree that MJ.com would be a very good fit, however, I don’t think your comparison with Apple is a good example…9 years ago they rebranded to Apple…they largely built their name on “Apple Computers”, they never had any real concerns of losing their TM back then…except to the Beatles. I usually agree with you McDuke, however, I think you and the Master are completely wrong on this one…it’s going to take millions to brand/rebrand “MerryJane” from “MaryJane”. “MerryJane” is cute and yes brandable, I understand the play on words.
