why my bounce rate is getting higher day by day?

As soon as I opened it I got 33% of my screen covered up with Google ad block (800*600 resolution) So my first impression is you showing ads and no content You need to restructure your ads placement... IMO remove that pink block and instead put a horizontal banner on top

Or you can use Google apps if you are not hosting domain anywhere... YOu can use Google apps with hosting as well but in that case you have to change MX record in your host cpanel... Google apps help file have all the details how to setup both way ..
