Domain Name contains "FB", any trademark issue?

FaceBook is likely to go after domains that may create confusion to people, if they were on your FB-related domain name. Considering that FB is a for-profit organisation they are more likely to be sensitive to people registering domains with FB in it.

Choosing a TLD for your name, gives a certain signal to the customer about the type of person/company this domain belongs to, what type of content to expect, etc. .NET implies network and .ORG implies organisation. So choose accordingly.
