I'm faced with a conundrum

Options: (1) Lease it to them (2) Sell it to them (3) Maintain ownership yourself but enable them to use the domain for free during their liquidation event. Presumably, someone buying the rest of their assets will also want to buy your domain. So their marketing produces your buyer.
